Leadership at DIMES
Chloe Bradley leads DIMES with over 20 years of experience across metalliferous mining operations, training, and compliance management. With a degree in Metalliferous Mining spanning Uranium Oxide Production, Thermal and Metallurgical Coal Production, she’s also an accredited trainer and assessor, and an operator who’s lived every part of the mining cycle; from processing to shutdown coordination.
Her leadership is grounded in precision, accountability, and execution, expecting the same high performance her career is built on delivering.
Under Chloe’s direction, DIMES has supported major projects and contractors across Queensland, the Northern Territory, and Western Australia. Training hundreds of workers, advising on compliance frameworks, and providing mobilisation and maintenance expertise for both emerging and established operations.
